An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional with ISO13485 experience to join a small medical device business based in Edinburgh during a very exciting period. They are looking for a readily available individual to provide documentation and administration support as they are about to launch their new product. This is a part-time position initially on a 6 month contract.

The main duties of the role include but are not restricted to:
·Circulating reports and SOP’s in a timely manner
·Maintaining both electronic and paper documentation
·Communicating effectively with internal and external customers
·Updating metrics and providing to senior management on request.
·Maintaining document registers and issue documentation numbers accordingly.
·Filing documentation in appropriate folders
·Archiving and identification of obsolete documentation
·Creating templates on word and excel with appropriate formatting.
·Reminding colleagues of due dates for sign off or review of documentation.

The ideal candidate will have an HND or degree in a scientific discipline and an aptitude for administrative duties. They should possess working experience within an ISO13485 environment and have an understanding or the documentation involved. Strong PC skills and being comfortable with spreadsheets is essential. Strong communication and organisational skills are imperative.
